Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe.

Are you feeling it? I am. This November Full Moon is one of the most magical Moons of 2017! It is embolden with Love and Abundance! Today is very auspicious day to raise a glass to yourself and your life experiences. Give yourself a big shot of Self Love! Here is to your Arts and Healing/Health practice! Here is a sweet little exercise for the energy of the day, that I thought of this morning. Close your eyes, place your hand on your heart. Breath in and out three times. And now take a moment and think about a memory when you felt the purest of Love. Secondly, now take a moment and think of a memory, which you are most proud of? Thirdly, take a piece of paper and write down eleven things that you are grateful for. Feel the love and the light in your being. If moved light a candle to honor the river of LOVE and your amazing life experiences!

Forget your perfect offering. There's a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.
