In this post I would like to highlight the very important task and practice of overcoming ones fear. Fear is often times a barrier for many of us and holds us back from leading the life we dream of. Especially in these very turbulent times it is easy to get caught in the collective consciousness of fear. Many times our fearful mind chatter is a habit or trigger from a past experience.
